Will there be a pledge manager?
Yes! We’re using Backerkit. You’ll get an email to fill out a survey about 2-3 weeks after the campaign finishes. Here you’ll give us your address and have a chance to raise your pledge tier and add more add-ons :)

How do I get add-ons?
Simple. After you fill out your pledge, you’ll be taken to the pre-order store. There you can select what you want, and pay the difference between what you pledged and the final total :)

Are the cards in the card packs included also in the book?
Yes they are! All the familiars and items are in the book, with their respective illustrations :)

Will the handouts be available digitally? Or are they strictly print?
The handouts are available for purchase (Digital Heliana’s Handouts) and are also included in the digital VTT Adventure Bundle and the Digital Asset Bundle :)

Is the Digital Asset Bundle Included in the VTT Adventure Bundle?
It is! In the VTT Adventure Bundle you get the 10 adventures, plus relevant magic items, spells, and familiars on your choice of VTT platform (currently Roll20, Foundry, and Shard).
You’ll also get a link to a zip file with the Digital Assets.
The pro of the VTT Adventure Bundle is that you get the adventures as they’re released. The Digital Asset Bundle will be released all at once when all the assets are ready.

When Will I Be Charged?
That depends! Kickstarter backers have already been charged. However, if you add addons, or if you’re a pre-order backer, it depends on how you pay.
If you pay on PayPal, you’ll get charged straight away. If you pay by credit card, it’s when we click ‘charge cards’. We’re waiting to hit charge cards until we have the first thing to send to you - likely the digital PDF towards the end of this year (2021).

I don't see everything listed in my boxed set in the SKUs - why is this?
The boxes are their own SKUs. For example, The Deluxe Box contains: - Deluxe Book - Heliana’s Handouts - Loot Tavern Map - Gemstone Dice - Dice Bag - Item Card Pack #1 - Item Card Pack #2 - Enamel Pin Pack #1 - Enamel Pin Pack #2 - It is the White & Gold box - Item Card Pack #3 - GM Screen - Crafting Catalogue - Animated Familiar Cards
Instead of seeing all of those, you would just see “Deluxe Box”. This is ‘cos our fulfilment partners just need to see the ‘Deluxe Box’ and grab it off of the shelf.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
